The purpose of this contract was the construction of infrastructure, pump stations, storm water pump stations, wells, grading & filling, road works, pavement, site development.

Within the scope of the project there was 525,000 m3 backfilling, 180,000 m2 asphalt road, 140,000 m2 concrete walkway, 27,000 m underground piping which most of them were below the water table, 62,000 m MV, LC and outdoor lighting system, utility building, RO building, underground tank for raw water supply, pump stations buildings and wells and sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 1340 m3/day (Phase 1, 2 & 3).

Moreover, medium voltage, low voltage distribution, BMS/CCMS control systems, telephone & data systems, security CCTV, MATV & PA systems, cooling tower, chillers plant, chilled water piping system network, LPG system & piping network, water distribution system network, sanitary system network, drainage system network were performed as part of the project (Phase 4 & 6).
