The project mainly composed of the construction of Simulator Building at Land Forces Aviation Institute located in Al Qassim region including all civil and architecture works, MEP works, fire protection, asphalt roads, landscaping, drainage works, electrical and communication works like site lighting, lightning protection and fiber optic infrastructure. The project scope also includes all supporting facilities of simulator building, including electric services, water, sewer, fire protection, paving, walkways, curbs, gutters, drainage, existing MV line protection, tensioned fabric works and information systems.
